Haruthay “Pam” Rasmidatta, Chief Executive Officer
Haruthay “Pam” Rasmidatta co-founded Aquinas Consulting in July of 2000 with the goal of building an IT services organization that offers outstanding quality and service. Over the past 15 years Aquinas has accomplished this goal signing agreements with more than 200 companies, and delivering more than $13M in revenue during the 2014 fiscal year. Prior to co-founding Aquinas in 2000 Pam received an MBA in Marketing from the University of New Haven and was a leader in the marketing department at Executone Information Systems. She bolstered a highly successful services program group which was later acquired by Staples, Inc. Earlier in her career Pam took advantage of her BS Degree in Personnel Administration, and her fluency with both English and Thai, to secure a human resources position with a major international bank where she was actively involved in recruiting new employees.
Thomas Mercaldo, President
As President of Aquinas, Thomas has grown revenue for fourteen consecutive years, managing an annual growth rate averaging more than 45%. Prior to co-founding Aquinas in 2000, Thomas was in senior management at Keane, Inc where he grew branch revenue from $4M to $52M over five years, creating more than 500 Connecticut-based jobs. He also served as Vice President for Condor Technologies and as a regional manager for General Electric’s Consulting Business. Thomas has been a member of the board of directors of several organizations, including the Exulans Corporation and Sageworks, Inc. He holds an MBA from the University of New Haven.
Brent Wadhams, Managing Director
As a direct report to the President, Brent is responsible for the day to day business operations of Aquinas in North America. He is charged with leading Aquinas’ efforts in sales and recruiter development, long-range strategic planning, revenue growth, and achieving profit targets. Prior to joining Aquinas in 2013, Brent served as the Managing Director of Kforce’s IT staffing division in Connecticut generating $14 million in annual revenue. The first twelve years of his career were with TEKsystems. Brent holds a BS in Marketing from The University of Connecticut.
Jeff Lesko, Director of Recruiting
Jeff is a seasoned staffing professional who brings 14 years of industry experience to Aquinas. Jeff is tasked with managing the day-to-day activities of a 20 member recruitment team with a focus on both IT and Engineering support. His responsibilities include managing recruitment strategy, fostering relationships with the candidate population and keeping up with industry recruiting trends. The team goal is to provide Aquinas’ clients with exceptional contract or permanent talent who will ultimately deliver support of critical initiatives. Prior to joining Aquinas, Jeff spent 11+ years with TEKsystems, where he consistently delivered multi-million dollars in yearly sales and established relationships that continue to this day. Jeff is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and holds a BA in Business Marketing.
Sally Reed, Director of Human Resources and Finance
Sally has been with Aquinas since 2003. Prior to working at Aquinas, she held positions of increasing responsibility in IT, payroll, accounting and finance for Country Home Bakers. As Director of Human Resources and Finance, Sally oversees all company finances, including invoicing, payroll, employee benefits, and 401(k) administration. She ensures Aquinas’ compliance with all state and federal employment laws. Sally holds a BS in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University.
